Archie Lee Talamantez was born on March 17th, 2025 (St. Patrick’s Day). He was our lucky charm from the very beginning—a bright light in our family who brought us peace and closure. On October 30th, 2025, Archie tragically passed away. He was found unconscious and not breathing during a nap at day care. Although this loss has forever changed our lives, we are determined to keep Archie’s legacy alive.

The Archie Lee Foundation is a registered non-profit dedicated to supporting families who face similar hardships. Our mission is to help families experiencing long stays in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and to prevent tragedies like Archie's from happening to other children. To support this effort, we are equipping day cares across the country with free wearable baby monitors designed to detect low oxygen levels before it’s too late.

We will forever be changed by the loss of our son, but we hope that his bright smile will continue to touch the lives of others, even after his passing.
